We only keep your data for as long as we need to in order to use it as described above or for as long as we have your permission to keep it. Your data will only be stored within the UK.
If our data storage is subject to any kind of external breach of security we promise to notify you within 72 hours.
What Personal Information do we collect?
Your personal data (any information which identifies you, or which can be identified as relating to you personally for example, name, address, phone number, email address) will be collected and used by us. We’ll only collect the personal data that we need for the fulfilment of provision of service to you and as specified in contractual engagement with Ventura, including but not limited to, Tenancy Agreement, Sole Agency Terms and Conditions (vendor), Management Agreement (landlord), Employment Agreement.
We collect personal data in connection with specific activities such as registration for property alerts, applications for property (as a tenant, buyer), registration of property to be sold or let, employment, etc.
You can give us your personal data by filling in forms on our website (including registration forms), by registering to use our website, social media functions on our website, entering a competition, promotion or survey or by corresponding with us (by phone, email, in person) or by contractual affiliation (tenant, landlord, vendor, employee).
This personal data you give us may include name, title, and address, date of birth, age, gender, financial information, employment status and income, demographic information, identification documents, email address, telephone numbers, personal description, usernames and passwords (if applicable).
Property Data (address, images of property, asking prices, previous sale prices, locations and descriptions) is also collected as part of our service provision. This enables us to advertise properties to the largest online audience available; to enable potential purchasers or tenants to see detailed descriptions and images of properties that they may be interested in.
Personal data provided to us will be used for the purpose or purposes outlined in any notice at the time of collection or registration where appropriate. If asked by the police, or any other regulatory or government authority investigating suspected illegal activities, we may need to provide your personal data. We will keep this personal data for as long as contractually required (e.g. the duration of a tenancy, management agreement, sale agreement, employment) to a maximum of seven years (7) after the termination of the agreement, to comply with HMRC and Anti-Money Laundering Regulations.

Should you wish to exercise your right to request your personal data be removed, please note that this may be denied should it contravene our lawful reason to process your personal information, including but not limited to the fulfilment of contractual obligations (e.g. tenancy agreement, management agreement, sale agreement). Any request to view, amend or remove your personal data should be made in writing to our Data Controller.

We will stop advertising a property when instructed to do so by our customer. However, the property information will remain available on the site as historical property information to allow users to benefit from services such as identifying previous for sale or sold prices; for let or let agreed prices.
